About Mrs. Judith Edge

Judith H. Edge is Corporate Vice President, Human Resources for FedEx Corporation, a $34 billion global transportation and business services holding company. She is responsible for leading the Human Resources Function for FedEx Corporation, which includes executive development, employee benefits strategies, and executive compensation.

FedEx has been widely acknowledged for its commitment to total quality service and has consistently been ranked on Fortune magazine’s industry lists, including “World’s Most Admired Companies” and “America’s Most Admired Companies.”

Edge is an adjunct member of the FedEx Strategic Management Committee, which is responsible for developing and reviewing the corporation’s strategic business activities. She joined the company in 1983 as a Customer Service Representative, and has held a variety of Human Resources positions throughout her FedEx career. Edge earned her master’s degree in business administration from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Professionals and WorldatWork Organization.

In her WERN keynote speech, Mrs. Edge will address “The Workforce of the Future” from a Human Capital Perspective

About Sean O’Brien

Sean O'Brien Sean O’Brien joined the Navigator team years of experience in fortune 100 experience in strategic planning, program management and condition based sales. He brings to the team his operational excellence, his expertise in technology installation and upgrades and systems implementation.

His extensive resume includes; Executive Vice President of Business Development Division EON Reality, Irvine, California; Founder & Principal O/S, Orlando, Florida; EVP/CEO Modis Technologies, Phoenix, Arizona and Jacksonville, Florida; Production Manager INTEL Corporation, Santa Clara, California; and US Army Special Operations.

As a senior-level technical professional he has sold and developed innovative software solutions and has conceived, designed, sold, developed and deployed successful multimillion dollar simulation environments for both Department of Defense and the US Semiconductor Industry.

Through his efforts with NAVTech, LLC Sean has produces products that employs the use of experiential technology that cre¬ates a “WOW” factor. His vision for NAVTech, LLC was to create a global market to integrate traditional Knowledge Management applications with real time visualization and simulation that change the user from being a spectator to becoming a participant. NAVTech, LLC products migrate the audience from being a spectator to becoming involved participants by:

  • Communicating a vision and message audiences more effectively
  • Collaborating ideas with audiences to generate lower costs and save time while improving quality
  • Accelerating the decision making to increase revenue and reduce sales cycles

Sean is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder Colorado with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. He also speaks Spanish, Italian and German.
