 The Advanced Distributed Learning Workforce Co-Lab is capturing the momentum generated by the eLearning Summit thru the creation of the Workforce eLearning Resource Network (WERN). This will be a unique forum for regional organizations engaged in workforce training to keep abreast of eLearning technologies and strategies for its implementation. WERN will serve as an asset to regional organizations who wish to enhance their eLearning program.
As a member of the workforce training community, we invite you to attend the first meeting from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on December 15th, 2005 in room 405 of the FedEx Institute of Technology or participate via teleconference. This first meeting will determine the activities that the Workforce Co-Lab will pursue to best support you and your organizations. Only you know the activities that will assist you most, and your feedback at this meeting is crucial in developing the network?s mission and agenda for the coming year. The planning phase will be important for insuring that the network is valuable for you. If you did not attend the eLearning Summit in November, you are certainly welcome and encouraged join this forum and planning meeting. Please feel free to tell your eLearning colleagues as well.
